The International Museum Day served as another opportunity to highlight the important role of museums and extend gratitude to the individuals, whose continued commitment supported the operations of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.

In 2026, the Museum Night event was celebrated on May 16. The theme of International Museum Day 2025 was “Museums Uniting a Divided World”.

Taking into account the political processes with regard to the National Assembly elections, including the upcoming pre-election campaign and rallies (marches), the Museum asks all parties to refrain from conducting political actions at the premises of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, including at the Cascade Complex and Tamanyan Park.

Book Giving Day has become a beautiful tradition at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts since 2019.

On February 14, the Cafesjian Center for the Arts had the honor of hosting Laurent Le Bon, President of the Centre Pompidou in Paris — one of the world’s most important art institutions — together with Anne Lehu, Head of the President’s Office, and Cyrielle Lourde, representative of the Centre’s Development Department.

On June 30, a souvenir sheet with one postage stamp dedicated to the theme “World Famous Armenians: 100th Anniversary of Gerard Cafesjian” was put into circulation.

In 2025, the Museum Night event was celebrated on May 17.  The theme of International Museum Day 2025 was “The Future of Museums in Rapidly Changing Communities”.

Celebration of Dance in the National Spirit," cultural event was dedicated to International Dance Day and the 100th Birth Anniversary of Gerard Cafesjian.

On April 25, 2025, the presentation of “Gerard L. Cafesjian–100” Gold Cоllector Coin issued by the Central Bank of Armenia dedicated to the 100th birth anniversary of Gerard L. Cafesjian, took place in Khanjyan Gallery of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.
