Summer Sculpture Garden

The Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) with the sponsorship of Beeline launched Summer Sculpture Garden educational program, based on the exhibited artworks at the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden.
In the first part of the program the participants had a tour in the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden to get familiarized with presented artists and their animalistic works, artwork medium and execution technique.
The second part of the program continued at the Creative Hall of CCA, where participants made new works with provided materials.
At the end of the program, the participant families made groups and introduced their selected works with pantomime. As a gesture of acknowledgment the families gifted each other their created works.
The purpose of the program was to newly introduce the artworks of the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden to children and their parents in a joyful and creative museum setting.
The program was designed for families with children of ages 5+.
