Another new artwork is presented on the Sasuntsi Davit Terrace of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, "Polished Chrome Plated Air to Air Missile".
Installed in juxtaposition to the sculpture, "Lion 2", by Korean artist Ji Yong-Ho, the two works together send a message about the environment, the human condition, and man’s responsibility for their preservation or potential destruction.

On September 12th, Mrs. Kathleen Cafesjian Baradaran, President of the Cafesjian Family Foundation and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Cafesjian Museum Foundation (CMF), with her husband, Mr. Jaff Baradaran, visited the Armenian National Pavilion at the 60th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia.
