The City in MeNovember 01, 2014 The Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) with the sponsorship of Beeline launched a new educational program, The City in Me, based on the exhibition Kochar: Challenging the Time, dedicated to the 115th anniversary of the prominent Armenian artist Ervand Kochar.Following the tour of the exhibition participants watched a documentary about Kochar, after which they had a discussion about Kochar’s art, in particular urbanization and his head-drawings. At the end, they created their own motifs of head-cities based on Kochar’s works. The program was designed for middle and high school students and families. Participation in the program was free, with prior reservation. You can also visit our YouTube Channel
