Information concerning goods offered for sale

The site gives the essential characteristics of the goods offered for sale:
* designation, composition, dimensions;
* methods of delivery;
* price in AMD/USD/Euros;
* details of the validity of the offer.
The photographs of the goods offered are for illustration purposes only.

 Confirmation by E-mail
 
The following details shall be listed in the confirmation e-mail to be sent no later than the time of delivery of the goods ordered:
* customer's order number;
* total value of the order;
* method of delivery chosen by customer;
* method of payment chosen by customer.

Delivery

To serve you as efficiently as possible whether you are in Armenia or abroad, we offer you a choice of delivery options:

1. In Yerevan the delivery will be made for free.

2. For delivery outside Yerevan, we offer the option of regular registered mail.

The price of the order will be automatically calculated to include the shipping cost.

Note: Additional fees are applied on orders from abroad (outside Armenia). The charges may vary depending on order. For details please contact us. 

Reminder: Except for holidays, orders received from Monday morning to Friday evening are processed either the same or the next day. Orders placed from Friday evening to Sunday evening are processed on Monday.

Wrapping/Packaging

The Museum Store of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts will take care of wrapping and packaging of the purchased goods free of charge.
