Musical Promenades

October 05, 2017
Musical Promenades educational program is designed for families with children aged 8+ years old and for teenagers (12-16 years old). The program is aimed at presenting classical music in more accessible language, evoking love and interest towards classical music from early age, building strong and continuous relationship with families and teenagers.

Twice in a month the author of the program Marine Karoyan will take the audience on intimate, musical strolls at the Special Events Auditorium of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. The road to walk will have many large and small pathways: musical language, fascinating stories about composers, indissoluble connection of music and fine arts, musical instruments, the old into something new, a concert and the listener, and other fascinating destinations.

Every encounter will be dedicated to one period in the scope of a preselected theme. The meetings will be interactive: questions, answers from audience are highly desirable conditions of the program. The program will be accompanied with creative workshops.

The sessions will take place on Saturdays.
• Families will meet on every second Saturday of each month.
• Teenagers will engage on the last Saturday of each month.

Participation is free of charge with prior registration.

For information please call (+37410) 54 19 32/34.

The program is sponsored by Beeline Company in Armenia.
